The resort does not have a reception, so please contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside normal check-in hours must contact the resort in advance to receive an access code and check-in instructions.

The resort is cleaned and sanitised by a professional service. Contactless check-out is available. The resort accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash payments.
The following fees must be paid during check-in or check-out. Tourist tax varies between €1,00 and € 3,00, per person, per night. Deposit: 200.00 EUR per booking.
